Return Policy
Due to the nature of cosmetic and beauty products, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tested items for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [[email protected]] with your order number and photos of the item(s).
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued for:
Damaged items
Defective products
Incorrect items received
Orders canceled before shipment
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

Used makeup sponges
Items marked as final sale
Gift cards
Products damaged due to misuse
Lost or Stolen Packages
Impeccable Beauté is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
