We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at your support email with photos of the issue.

Digital products, including ebooks and downloadable content, are non-refundable once purchased and delivered.
